My Goals for First 100 Days of New Year!

Wow. Time sure flies but with the passing of time comes daily opportunities to change, make a lasting impact, and start fresh. It’s now January 1, 2017, and that means it’s time to turn a new leaf and begin a new chapter in your life’s journey. For most people, that starts with goals or resolutions.

But beware! Some researchers say that by January 15th, most people abandon their New Year resolutions. Don’t fall for the trap. This is in part due to the fact that people set goals that are not meaningful to them. We often feel that we have to set these “generic” goals that everyone is setting. These include vague things like, lose weight, exercise more, save money, get out debt, etc.
