Midweek Manna: First 100-Day Goals Challenge Update

In today’s video Midweek Manna, I give an update on my first 100 days goals of the new year as part of my 100-Day Challenge. I also re-introduce you to this year’s Midweek Manna (my weekly inspiration for your soul). It will be a combination of written and/or audio-visual encouragement to pick you up during the middle of the week.

Normally we start the work week with energy but can get into a slump by the middle of the week. Therefore, Midweek Manna will be posted weekly on Wednesday to help you get to the weekend with sustained energy and motivation. For the record, my main goals for the first 100 days of this new year are:

1. Read/Listen to the Entire Bible (no skipping around).

2. Launch a new book.

3. Get back to Navy Fitness standards/physique.

4. Go on a 5-days marriage retreat.

The reason I choose to work on goals in 100 days increments (or quarters) is because of this incredible strategic system that challenges me and focuses on only key goals. It’s time you move beyond simply SMART goals that are not getting you the kind of results you’re longing for.
